Josh’s role consists of leading, planning, and organizing our worship team, along with leading God’s people to adore, praise, and give thanks to God during a time and place of worship. Josh has been leading worship at Emmanuel Baptist for the past 13 years.
Family
Josh is married to his best friend and beautiful wife Ashley. They have two sons, Zeke and Luke.
Interests
Josh is a school teacher at Powell County High School and enjoys coaching the middle school basketball team. He also enjoys playing music, working out, running, participating in Obstacle Course Racing, spending time on the lake with family, and supporting his family in all of their hobbies and activities. Additionally, he is a big University of Kentucky athletics fan!
Education
Josh attended Morehead State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Teaching Learning and Behavior Disorders and a Master of Arts in School Administration. He has also obtained a Principal Certification for grades P-12.
