At Emmanuel Baptist Church we have an environment for children of every age. Children matter to us, because we believe that children matter to God! Utilizing both small-group and large-group formats, our simple goal is to connect children to God by teaching them the timeless truths of the Bible. We understand that entrusting your child to our care is a huge responsibility! We take the utmost care to provide your child a safe and loving environment to laugh, learn, and grow.

Who will my child’s leader be?

We have a team of leaders who serve each week in our rooms. They provide a consistent presence to develop relationships with parents and children to help ensure their safety and knowledge of a loving God.  All of our volunteers are background-checked and are required to attend several ongoing volunteer trainings each year.

What steps are in place to assure the safety of my child?

Emmanuel is dedicated to creating safe environments for children. Upon check-in at the kiosk located near the Welcome Desk in the main lobby, you will receive two stickers, each containing a unique code. One sticker will go on your child, the other you will keep. You must present  the sticker that matches your child’s sticker for your child to be released to you upon pick-up. Please note-your child can not be released to you without the corresponding sticker.

How do I check my child in?

There is a check in station in the lobby at the Welcome Desk. If you are new to Emmanuel, simply let one of the check-in volunteers know at the Welcome Desk know that you are a guest, and they will get you signed in. If you’ve been to Emmanuel before, you should have received a unique code specialized to your family. Simply proceed to the iPad Kiosk and follow the prompts for easy, fast check in.
