Responsibilities
Chris is responsible for leading the Worship Team ministry at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Chris supports the Worship Philosophy of EBC that: “Worship begins with God, not us. We gather because He is worthy, and our aim is His glory—not entertainment, preference, or performance. God seeks worshipers who worship “in spirit and truth” (John 4:23–24). Therefore, our worship is shaped by what God has revealed about Himself and what He commands in His Word (Deut. 12:32; Col. 3:16–17).”
Interests
Outside of teaching, Chris enjoys playing guitar, hiking, bouldering, and reading. He also enjoys
any chance he gets to travel and spend time with friends.
Education
Chris earned a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries.
